Say commands twice

I’m having to say every command twice to the hub. The first time it spins for a while then says try again in a few secs, and when I try a second time it work fine. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hey Chrisfischer01,

 

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's see what's going on.

 

When did it start happening? Were there any recent changes on your network or set up?

 

Give there steps a try:

 

  1. Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router.
  2. Reboot your Google Nest Hub and router to refresh the connection.
  3. If the issue persists, give resetting your Nest Hub a try.

Hi Alee, sorry for the delayed response. I tried a restart of hub amd modem am also a reset of hub but still have the same issue unfortunately
