Hi, my first gen google display suddenly develop a hazy dotted filter over the display resulting in the display being darker and Hazier due to the “screen burn” I have filled up the google help form. Plz assist thanks!!

Sorry to hear about what you are experiencing right now with your Google Nest Hub. I'd like to ask frw things regarding this-- are there any instances that the device has been dropped or bumped? Also, are you using the original power cable of your device?
Since you've mentioned that you already filled out the form, I'd like to be sure if this is the form that you're referring to?

Hi, the device is forever on my table and have not been touched since it was first set up. It is still using the official power cable.
And yes, that was the form I filled in using my registered email but have not gotten any response.
