Got a second Google nest hub 2 from same supplier. First nest is fine. New nest is displaying in Spanish ( in some menu) and English in others. Have factory reset twice and no difference.

Sorry to hear about your experience with your Google Nest Hub. Can you confirm if you are using the same Gmail account upon setting up the second Google Nest Hub? Also, can you please make sure to select English US as your primary language and let's see if that would make any difference.
