Screen is flashing

Anyone had their nest hub suddenly start flashing it's backlight.

It brightens for 1 second, then goes back to normal and keeps doing that and there seems to be no way to stop it.

When it brightens in it's flash/bright state it seems to show an imprint of any previous screen.

I've factory reset it, deleted it from home and added it again.  I've turned the hub off for hours but it still reverts back to the backlight flashing state.

Any ideas of how I can fix this please?

Thank you.

Check that the power cable is properly secured. That's all I can think of.

I understand that your Nest Hub is experiencing a backlight repeatedly flashing brighter for about one second, and during that flash, you also see an imprint of the previous screen. I appreciate the troubleshooting efforts you've already taken to resolve this issue. Don't worry, I'm glad to help you find a solution.

Thank you  for your help.
