Se cierra la sesión en nest mini 2

Buenos días. 

 

Tengo un Nest mini 2 que hacía un tiempo que no utilizaba. Al cambiarme de casa, lo he vuelto a utilizar y lo que ocurre es que se me cierra la sesión en Home continuamente. He probado lo siguiente:

- desenchufarlo un rato

- reiniciarlo y volver a hacer la configuración 

- borrar el antiguo domicilio y crear uno nuevo

- probar en los 2 tipos de wifi (2.4 y 5)

 

El resultado es siempre el mismo: consigo que funcione, y en menos de un día me vuelve a decir que inicie la sesión en Home. Alguien me podría ayudar?

To better assist you, I’d like to gather the following information:

 

  • When did the inconvenience start?
  • What is the LED status light of your Nest Mini 2nd generation.?
  • How frequently does the device unlink from the Google Home app?
  • Are you experiencing any Wi-Fi issues in your home to rule out a network problem?
  • Can you describe the steps you followed when performing a factory reset on your Nest Mini?

For now, I’d suggest the following:

 

  • Make sure the mobile software version and the Google Home app are up-to-date.
  • Please share a screenshot of your Home Activity history in the Google Home app. This can be found by going to Settings > Privacy > Home Activity.
  • Verify the firmware version of your Nest Mini. You can find this information in the article: Google speaker and display firmware versions and release notes.
  • To help us diagnose the inconvenience, please enable "Send device usage data and crash reports to Google." You can do this by:
    • Opening the Google Home app.
    • Tap and hold your device's tile.
    • Selecting Settings > Recognition & Sharing.
    • Toggling the slider to turn on.
