Security cameras showing offline but are not

Hi all, I have run into an issue with my nest hub max regarding my 3rd party security cameras.

All has been fine but now, although they are linked in Google home and i have linked account (ezivz) they will not display on the nest hub.

They show as devices under the camera option but I get a message saying device offline when I try and view them.

Encryption is turned off on all cameras and they are on the same 2.4ghz network as my hub.

Hi Rickboy

This is not the experience we wanted you to have, let me help you. A few things: aside from your Nest Hub Max, which Nest speakers and smart cameras are we working with? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made?

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.

Tell me how it goes.

Best,

Dan
