Send a broadcast in Chinese

Trying to send a broadcast on my Nest Mini which is set to Chinese (Taiwan) but can't find how to send a broadcast? What is the Mandarin to send a broadcast from the Nest Mini? Or is this feature not supported?

Hi unfortunately that doesn't answer my question as I know the Nest Mini can use Chinese. However I do not know how to send a broadcast (the command for Send a Broadcast)
