Shall I list the problems alphabetically or by date

Let's start off with the basics: once again you screwed up my lights. Google was not seeing my lights again I go through this at least once a month... On top of that you screwed up routines again for a month now my routines haven't worked properly all because of your presence sensing bull**bleep**... Ever since you changed your location present sensing a few years ago Google home has been trash... Routines used to work perfectly actually so did Chromecast so did my mini speaker... I'll get to those problems here in a minute... 

After your horrendous update a couple years ago nothing has been right okay nothing every **bleep**ing day I have a problem with something from Google every single day... Anyhow back to the routines you're broke that somehow again after you just fixed it again, for The Last 5 years my lights have been set to come on when my phone senses my presence that's a joke... More often than not the lights don't come on at all sometimes they come on after I've already come inside sometimes they come on after I've been home for an hour sometimes they come on at 3:00 in the morning...

Next problem my mini speaker I don't know what the **bleep** you did I have no clue I've been fighting this issue for 2 years and keep telling me to do this to do that to send this for me to send that form in I keep getting told Google's working on it yet the problem still exists 2 years later.. when I asked my Google home a question in the living room after performing the task or answering the question 20 seconds later my mini speaker in the bedroom which is 20 ft away behind the door will say sorry there was a problem or sorry there was a glitch please try again but I wasn't even talking to that device, secondly about my mini speaker I can physically ask my mini speaker to do something more often than not it fails or I have to ask two times sometimes three times and she will acknowledge me the little white lights will come on and flash and then she'll say sorry there's a problem or sorry there was a glitch. I have rebooted it I have reset it I have factory reset it I have reprogrammed it I have re set up all my devices, basically it's a piece of junk now after that update... More often than not my mini speaker is now absolutely useless! 

Chromecast this is a disaster you guys need to scrap this and start all over, never had a problem with either of my two Vizio TVs and Chromecast until that very same update ever since then it's hit or miss sometimes Google will work fine sometimes she'll say sorry I don't know which device you want to play the video on even when I'm not asking to play a video I'm just asking to turn the **bleep** thing on or off now my phone won't cooperate with turning on either of my TVs for whatever reason but my other two devices will but this is how it starts, pretty soon they're going to start failing again because this is how the problem starts each and every time, I don't have the time or patience to continue to reset my televisions back up to Google! The last time this happened it took over a year to get it addressed and fixed! Absolutely pathetic! 

Now let's talk about your present sensing... I'm continually having to reset that because several times when I'm logged on my phone in Chrome it shows my location being in Arizona for whatever reason and yet I'm actually in Illinois. Again this happened with that major update.

Another annoying problem is when I will ask Google to turn on a certain device and she will answer sorry I can't reach such and such device yet she still turns that device on what's up with that she said she can't do it but does it anyways... 

Recently searches on my Google nest generation 1 come out blank I'll ask a question she'll say I don't know but this is what I found on the web and there won't be anything on the screen...

Google for some reason no longer announces my reminders or anything I mean she used to play a tone and then say I have a reminder for Douglas but she doesn't do that anymore...

Now here comes the whole **bleep** and kaboodle.. I'm not the only one experiencing these problems I have scoured through the Google help community I have scoured through Google Play store community I have scour through online all of these problems I have listed our known issues with Google Google keeps telling us they're working on them and yet two years later they still happen So what exactly is Google doing and when are they going to start actually doing something? Because like I said I'm out of patience having to reset something or deal with a problem caused by Google it's pathetic at best...

More Google problems

So aside from everything else that I have reported here's some brand new problems get your pen and paper out..

Number one with the Google mini speaker creating an alarm and editing an alarm: when you create an alarm it seems to work okay but when you try to edit an alarm, instead of editing the alarm it adds a second alarm so the alarm goes off at the original time and the alarm goes off again at the edited time how can you **bleep** up an alarm?

Number two when asking Google a question she will answer the question properly and then she says I also found an answer to such and such a question would you like to hear the answer and when you reply yes she suddenly says sorry I don't understand what **bleep**ing good is that?

 

Not only that but with the other list of problems that I have listed the other day that are all dealing with Google products not my Android because I'm talking about my Google nest and my Google mini speaker not my Android phone... 

Come on Google this is why you suck..

It would be a total different **bleep**ing story if these problems weren't repeating themselves they go like three or four days then the problem happens again give me a **bleep**ing break here this is complete bull**bleep** Google routines haven't worked for more than 3 days straight for four **bleep**ing months... I'm **bleep**ing sick and tired of it

I don't have time every single day to do this. I have been pleading with you just to fix your problems that you have created but you still want to make us jump through hoops yada yada yada... Trace these problems back each problem has been caused by an update from you

I mean let's put it this way as well recently when trying to control the device the device might be on but your app shows the device as off or vice versa.... Not only that but there's times where as I've said Google turn on or off certain devices she will say sorry I can't reach such and such device or such and such device is currently unavailable and yet she either turns it on or turns it off or completes said task... How is any of this possible how does any of this fall something I can do? This falls back on a failed Google issue

As I have said numerous times the whole problem is the presence sensing BS right now I am 10 miles away from my home and it still shows me as home... Last night after I had been home for 2 hours it still showed me as away... So many times it has shown me in Arizona but I live in Illinois come on Google you have to do better than that crap... and don't tell me to reset everything up cuz I've done that 10 times in the last year and it hasn't changed a **bleep** thing

I am completely sick of Google okay just fix your problems that's all we are asking don't have us do this have us do that you fix what you broke this is something you broke... I don't have the time I have a life I get home from work at midnight I don't expect to be up another 2 to 3 hours fixing your problems again. I'm sick of it, do you not understand this… I don't have time to spend on the phone to be told the same thing I've been told- we're working on it it's a known issue.. ever since this company was sold it has gone downhill the app is getting worse and worse... You have screwed up so many devices now with all these freaking updates and new functions that don't work right to begin with... I've listed all the problems in this thread everyone and there's plenty more out there I've given details I've stated when these problems have started happening Trace them all back they go back to your updates every one of these problems was caused by and failed update, so many problems are caused by firmware updates,

Let me give you another example of some problems you create more often than not I have something set up and it will respond to a certain trigger word then along comes an update and you change trigger words because sometimes I have to use the word television and then after an update I have to use the word TV instead because my device willing respond to either word at the time for whatever reason these are the problems you create when you're not consistent and your apps and devices and programs sure as hell aren't consistent...
