Silence only next instance of recurring alarm

filar

I use a Nest Hub as an alarm clock, with repeating alarms.

When I wake up a little too early I want to stop the next alarm from sounding, without cancelling the repeating alarm.

The Lenovo Clock I used previously can do this, but I cannot find a way to do it on my Nest Hub. This is a sorely missed feature.

Thanks for the feedback, but unfortunately the functionality does not seem to be available.

On the Lenovo Clock, a button is shown on the screen saying "Will wake you in 9 minutes" (or whatever time remains to the next alarm). Pushing that button, and it changes to "Next alarm stopped". It does stop it from sounding this morning, but it will sound the next morning because it is still enabled.

This is perfect when I wake up before the next alarm and do not want to cancel it permanently because I will probably forget to enable it again. The "stop only the next instance" functionality is perfect, and I really miss it since switching from Lenovo Clock to Google Nest Hub 2.

On the Nest Hub, telling it to cancel the next alarm will disable the alarm it so it will never sound again if I forget to re-enable it or add it again.

Any possibility of influencing the programmers to add such a simple functionality? Somewhere to post feature requests?

Regards,

Fred
