Sleep sensor is not working on Google Nest Hub.
It was informed that it doesnt work in certain countries. However I donot see any official document on which countries it will work and which countries it will not work. When the feature is not working in certain countries, donot understand why google sells the product in such countries. This is very cheap of Google and it a type of cheating the customer in that country. Also not releasing any official article specifying that it will not work.
Hope they can answer the below question here.
1. Which Countries it will work.
2. Where is the official article/document on which countries it will work and not work.
3. If it doesnt work in certain country, why are they selling in that county?
4. what is the reason it doesnt work on certain country?

Hi folks.
@RachelGomez123, thanks for the help.
@psetty, apologies for the inconvenience. It would help a lot if we know what country you're from. Sleep Sensing uses Motion Sense to track the sleep of the person who's closest to the display. Motion Sense, powered by Soli, uses a low-energy radar to detect movement and breathing. If you purchase a device from one of the mentioned countries and take it to an unsupported country, the sensors don't work, and you don't get Sleep Sensing results.
The Soli Sensor only works in the following countries:
If you’re in one of the countries above, check out this guide for more info.
Keep us posted.
Best,
Dan
