Trying to stream Netflix on Nest hub but it casts to chromecast in another room

I recently bought a Google nest hub (2nd Gen) and chromcast google tv.

When I ask the nest hub to stream netflix on the nest hub, it comes up on the nest display saying its now casting to the Chromecast in the other room.

I am concerned I have set it up incorrectly. Any advice would be most helpful.

Hmm! That does sound interesting since you just bought your Nest Hub 2nd Gen and Chromecast with Google TV recently. A few questions: was it working as intended before or was it already like that when you've set them both up? It would be a big help if you could do a sequential reboot first to refresh their link to each other. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest Hub 2nd Gen, then your Chromecast with Google TV. Restarting your phone might also help since that's where your Google Home app is. 

If the issue persists, open this link to know which device is set as the preferred default device for video and audio playback and tell us how it goes.
