I’m sorry to hear that your Nest devices aren’t able to be synced. I’d be glad to help you out but would it be ok if we ask a little bit more from you? Could you tell us more about your concern and on what devices are involved here? Are they already working individually?

Thanks for the additional info. Could you please share a screenshot or photos showing the exact display you're getting? Also, can you please try "Ok Google, sync my devices". Let's see if that works.
