Smart displays not connecting to new nbn wi-fi

Hi 

Can anybody help as I have not long got the new nbn modem and 2 of my smart displays will not connect to it.

But will connect to the old telstra 4g mobile broadband

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out.

A few questions: what smart displays do you have? Also, are you getting any message when you're connecting your devices to your network? Have you tried rebooting your devices to refresh the connection?
