I have recently moved my seven nest devices to different rooms.
I've tried, unsuccessfully, to add these new devices to the new rooms and cancel them from the old rooms.
Two things, I have been unable to do this even though I follow Google's recommendations, and I can find no adequate assistance from Google I am wondering if there are any live people left at Google who can answer customers questions?

Sorry to hear about that. Could you please check if you're app is on latest version 2.53 as we have released it a few days ago.
As soon as the app is updated, let's check if that would make any changes on your Home app. Keep me posted.
