We have many smart speakers and devices throughout the house. We recently upgraded two small Lenovo speakers to "nicer" Google Nest devices. Now, those two devices (and only those two devices) cannot reliably recognize the difference between my voice and my partner's voice (...and these voices that are [female+American] vs [male+Australian]). All the rest continue to be OK, including the older Nest Hub (2nd Gen) we have in another part of the house.
Is there a problem with some of the microphones or something in some Google-made devices? We've trying resetting, retraining, making sure voice match is on for these devices, etc.
