Sorry I can't play Netflix on Android TV yet

I have purchased a Google Nest Mini and Chromecast with Google TV to use on my Soniq tv.  When I use the voice command "Hey Google, play [x] on Netflix on Bedroom tv" it responds with "Playing [x] on Netflix on Bedroom tv" followed by "Sorry I can't play Netflix on Android TV yet".
I can use voice commands to get Google Nest Mini to play Spotify and YouTube but not Netflix.
I can also use Google Assistant through Chromecast to open Netflix.

Annoyingly, this has been a known issue for the past 4 years, and Google shows no interest in solving it..

Exact same issue I posted mine on Reddit, I purchased a TCL Series 4 TV and it has built-in Chromecast I can't get the mine to start Netflix on my TV Chromecast, Thankfully I have a Chromecast Dongle and that works flawlessly BUT the TV supports 4K and HDR so Netflix's on the TV's built-in Chromecast is better than  the dongle so you can see why I'd want the mini to start the TVs Chromecast instead - I get the same error ;
"Sorry I can't play Netflix on Android TV yet"
I hope this is fixed with Google TV but I'm not going to purchase a series 5 TV to find out... (yet)

maybe you have the same issue, is the mini trying to start Chromecast the bedroom TV (that has Android TV OS and not your Chromecast w/ Google TV dongle, if so i think a quick rename of the inputs can solve that issue)
