Sorry something went wrong try again when your ready

my Google nest is linked to my Spotify account and today all of sudden when I told my Google nest mini to play Spotify after 20 seconds or so it would tell me sorry something went wrong….. I tried factory resetting, rebooting, restarting wifi, uninstalling the app but nothings working I just keep getting the same message please help me with this

Sorry to hear about this experience. Before we start some steps, I'd like to verify a few things-- does it only happen when using Spotify? How about other music service or other commands, do you also get the same response? Also, has this been happening on all your Google Nest speakers that is set up on the same Wi-Fi network? Here are the things you need to try:

 

  • Check the distance between your Google Nest speaker and router - make sure that it is within a good range, preferably within 10-15 feet.
  • Try to check your Google Nest speakers responses when using a different music service like YouTube or TuneIn.
