Please Help!! I have working through this for about a month now and don’t know what else to do. I had 7 devices in my speaker group and it operated flawlessly everywhere in my 2100sq/ft home, even the furthest away from my router. I had 600Mbps fiber service to my home and AmpliFi HD router with extenders, good service everywhere. The problem starter when I added Google devices 8 through 12 and now my music just goes choppy every where, stopping and starting all over the house. Sometimes the displays will show the music supposed to be playing and no sound, sometimes just the art work, weather and time and no sound and sometimes sound. Today I kept open my Home app and watched my speaker group dance around all 12 speakers, connecting and disconnecting around the house for about 45 minutes before disconnecting. I have upgraded to 1,000 Mbps internet speed, no difference. I replaced my AmpliFi HD with a AmpliFi Alien Wi-Fi 6 and have crazy fast and strong signal every where, no change. Everything I have tried, has had zero effect. I had my T’sat and front door on Z-wave, so I disconnected that in the event it may be causing interference, no change. No matter what I do, just adding the last Google devices causes my Apple or XM Satellite or Pandora to all act the same way. Does anyone have any suggestions??

Hey there,
Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.
I understand that issues with speaker groups can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
Please let me know.
Best regards,
Garrett DS
