Our Google Home will say it is playing the requested music but then nothing happens. any ideas? Playing with Apple Music but the other Google Homes and Minis in our house don’t have an issue playing
I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you are experiencing with your Google Home. Let’s do some troubleshooting steps.
Reboot your Google Home. Unplug its power cord for a minute > Plug it back in > Play music.
If the issue persists, open the Google Home app > Devices > Tap your Google Home speaker > Settings > Remove device > Remove.
Back to the Devices tab, scroll down to Other cast/Local devices > Tap on your Google Home speaker > Add to a room. Follow the prompts to add it back to your room > Play music again.
If it’s still the same, factory reset your Google Home speaker and set it up.
