Spotify and YouTube stop playing about 20 seconds into each song

Hello. I am having an issue with my Google home. When I try to play Spotify songs or YouTube videos, I'll usually be able to play one full song or half of one video and then all of a sudden 20 seconds into the song. The song will stop playing audio and just be silent for the rest of the track and then the next few songs will play the first 20 seconds and then skip to the next song with YouTube. The video will play for a little bit and then the app will just close out without playing the rest of the video. It's very frustrating. I've tried restarting my phone, the router and rebooting the Google device and I'm still having the same issue. If any advice would be appreciated

To help isolate the issue, please try the following steps:

• Make sure your mobile device or tablet is linked to the same account as your speaker or display.
• Make sure your music provider accounts are linked to your speaker or display.
• Unlink and relink YouTube Music and Spotify.

Video content plays on a single device at a time; you can place a checkmark next to the device name to transfer the video stream to that device.
