Stolen nest id & my Google pixel phone was cloned and mirrored and was added to someone else’s accou

I brought myself a Google nest and someone that was continuously hacking every Google account that I had put all of my devices onto their account including my Google pixel what am I supposed to do if I cannot get anyone to talk to? Been going on for over a year and tell the truth and has been sucking the life out of me

3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
