I’m having an issue with my Google Nest Hub (2nd generation). The regular alarm works fine, but when I use the sunrise alarm, the screen stays completely black. The alarm sound goes off at the scheduled time, but the screen doesn’t gradually light up like it’s supposed to with the sunrise effect.
I’ve already tried restarting the device and checking the alarm settings. The software is up to date as well.
Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it? Thanks in advance for your help!
