Hello!

I would like to solve the problem of having the two Nest speakers in my office play the same music at the same time. I don't know how to start the solution.

Can anyone help?

Hello, Szabina87

Thanks for reaching out to our Nest Community. We are so happy to assist you with your questions about playing music on Google Nest speakers.

I recommend you create a group of any combination of Google Nest or Home speakers and displays, Google streaming devices, and Google Pixel Tablets together for synchronous media throughout the home or office.

How to Create a Speaker Group in the Google Home App:

  1. Make sure everything's connected: Ensure your phone or tablet is on the same Wi-Fi network or linked to the same Google Account as your speakers, displays, or other compatible devices.
  2. Open the Google Home app: Find and open the Google Home app on your phone or tablet.
  3. Go to Speaker Groups: Within the app, navigate to "Settings" -> "Devices, groups & rooms" -> "Speaker Groups."
  4. Create a new group: Tap "Create speaker group."
  5. Select your devices: Tap each speaker or device you want to include in the group. A checkmark will appear next to each selected device.
  6. Name your group: Tap "Next," give your group a descriptive name (e.g., "Living Room Speakers," "Bedroom Surround Sound"), and tap "Save."

If you have more questions, please check: Create and manage speaker groups in the Google Home app.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Regards,

Kevin
