Tengo dos altavoces google home audio que no funcionan

Buenas tardes, uno de ellos solo tiene fijas 2 luces, las centrales fijas y el otro directamente no enciende. Los he intentado restaurar de fábrica, conectando 10 veces el cargador y esperando los 10 segundos pero nada. No se reinician y si pulso el botón central de reinicio tampoco.

Creo que debería de verlo un técnico. Como puedo gestionar la reparación ?? Gracias.
