The assistent does not say the news when asked.

Hello,

My mother has a Nest Hub and it refused to play the news, I have taken the Nest Hub home did a factory reset and in my home everthing works great. If i take it back to my mothers house, and did again a factory reset it refuses to play the news. When i say Hey google tell me the news it answers is explaining what the term news means or tell me how to install the news. I cheked the app of my mother with my own and everthing looks the same. She has IOS 15.3.1 on her iphone, i think it is a setting in her iphone because in my home with android phone no problem.

I tried everthing but i can not find a solution. I checked everything with my android settings. She even tried with an older iphone from my father and that did not help.
