The display on my iPhone 12 for the Google Home is not the same. How to restore it back to the original display.

Google Nest is in the process of rolling out a new version of the Google Home app. The most obvious change is that it requires you to set up "Favorites" for what appears on the initial screen. This change is being rolled out device-by-device by Google Nest's servers, and is not dependent on updating the Google Home app on your phone. Mine switched abruptly between back-to-back logins to the Google Home app.  I don't think there is any way to switch back, since Google Nest is controlling this rollout on their servers.
