There is a glitch

I got the "there is a glitch"  issue with +7 Google Devices. all of then works for broadcast music and video in the screens but i cant request the time or turn off a ligth or any voice command always respond as "Something go wrong or there is a glitch", i didnt find any posible solution yet. i tried to restart the devices and it works for only 2-3 times and them message "there is a glitch come back". Please help i have 1 nest mini speaker, 1 google home max speaker, 1 Hub Max 10" screen, 2 Hub 7" screens and 2 Google home music speakers paired as stereo and 3 google tv chromecast devices, never had this issue before in the last 2 years.

Thanks for reaching out. That certainly hasn’t been easy for you. Let’s check what’s going on. A few questions: when did it begin? Were there any recent changes made on your network before it started? What is their distance from your Wi-Fi router? Have you tried the factory reset? This erases all your personalized settings and restores the factory default settings. It won’t automatically reconnect to WI-Fi, and you’ll need to set it up again.
