Time delay not working

Hello!

It seems the "delay start" is not working when a google home routine is started via a voice command on my nest mini (2nd gen). So, all commands etc. before the delay are executed, but then nothing any more.

However, when a routine is triggered by e.g. a fixed time or via a voice command from my smartphone everything works perfectly fine.

Is anyone having the same issue?

I'd appreciate any advices!

After contacting the support I got told that currently the nest mini speakers are not able to execute delayed actions on their own. A workaround for some people might be to make sure that "start your routines on" in the Google Home app is set to your smartphone, but this didn't work for me.

Anyway, there will be an update of either the Google Home app or a new firmware for the nest mini "soon" to make the nest mini able to execute delayed actions on its own.
