I am not sure whether this community can help me but I am getting desperate.
I have a LG WK-7 smart speaker that has always worked on my Google Home app. I recently had a new system installed from a new provider. Everything works just fine except I cannot set up my speaker on the new system.
I go through all the Google Home steps and everything is fine - my phone detects the speaker and it makes a noise to confirm that they are connected. However, when it comes to the part that says Choose Network, it scans but cannot see anything. All other devices can see the network and they all work just fine.
I am sure that it's a Google Home issue. I have deleted and reinstalled Google Home, rebooted the router etc but still nothing.
Does anybody have any advice on this?
Many thanks,
Patrick

Sorry to waste your time but I finally found a solution.
I discovered that there is a factory reset on the speaker and somehow doing the reset solved the problem.
So I guess the answer is there for anyone else who had the same problem.
