Trying to set up a group with 2 add on points

I can select the two points and then when I go to create the group I get the following error

The operation couldn't be completed. (com.google.CastFramework.SetupLib.CastSetupError error 22.)

I have rebooted and restarted all with no luck. Would appreciate any tips to correct.
