Turing off orange lights Google Nest Audio

Hey,

I recently purchased two Nest Audio speakers and I turned off the speaker since I am not using it. I want to turn off the orange lights, but this seems impossible.

I tried to adjust the led clarity in night mode, but this does not do the trick either.

Am I overlooking something? And am I the only one finding the orange leds to be obtrusive and downgrading the looks of the speaker. If there is no solution for this, I think about returning the speakers.

nah this is how it works. I'd like to be able to switch it off too. I have a stereo pair of Nests in my room and a hub 2nd gen. I only want one of the devices to respond to "hey Google" so I switch both the speakers off leaving the hub on. But annoyingly the orange lights stay on. Definitely should have a setting for this.

Unbelievable oversight from Google on this one. These orange lights are way too bright for night use and should be an option to turn them off.
