Hey, I need some help! I have two users on my Nest Audio speaker and they both connected their Spotify accounts to it (one Premium, one Free subscription), they've set up their Voice Matches too.
However, whenever they ask to play an album on Spotify, Nest plays it only on one account. Unlinking accounts did not work unfortunately.
Is there any way to solve it?

Hi qbap,
Thanks for reaching out here in the community! I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Audio speaker cannot play and recognize two separate Spotify accounts, even when you've set up Voice Match and re-linked the accounts for both users. I'd be happy to help with your concerns!
Currently, for all services, Google speakers and displays linked to the same Google account support a single account per streaming service. This means your speaker can recognize the voices of home members, but it will only play music from the Spotify account linked to the primary Google account where the speaker is linked. For reference, you can check out this article: Link your music services and set your default service.
Let me know if you have more questions.
Best regards,
Jenniffer
