Hello,
when pushing my google doorbell, the announcement is made on all my other google devices except my nest hub.
when I ask my nest hub to display the doorbell, it does display he video. It just won’t announce when someone is at the door.
Can anyone help.

I should note that my notifications is on. Which is why I suspect the doorbell is notifying all other devices.

Do you have the "Visitor announcements" option (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451) turned in in the Google Nest app or Google Home app (depending on your doorbell)? Is your Nest Hub in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your doorbell? Is "Do Not Disturb" turned OFF on your Nest Hub?

Hi there.
I can confirm my visitor announcement is on.
how do I check if it’s on the same home structure?

I can confirm. They are all on the same group

If "Do not disturb" is OFF for your Nest Hub under Settings | Notifications & digital wellbeing in the Google Home app, I don't know what else could be preventing "Visitor announcements". They've worked for years with our 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbells on our Nest Hubs and Nest Mini.

Yup. It stopped working about three months ago. It’s notifies all my other devices including my cell, but not the nest hub

Strange. Maybe you could try rebooting your Nest Hub, either from within the Google Home app or by unplugging it for a minute. If that doesn't work, I'm stymied.

Hi Skovacic17,
Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you do not receive notifications from your Google Doorbell on your Nest Hub.
I'm happy to assist you! I have a question: have you checked if the Nest Hub is on the same Home structure where you have your Google Doorbell?
I will be awaiting your response.
Regards,
Manuel
