I've followed steps in the forum's before, but replies are always taken into a 1-1 settings and I don't know what resolution is taken. My home address works everywhere, the old address doesn't exist. I've changed it everywhere, in my home app, in maps, in payments.
When I try to change location in the settings of the actual hub within the home app, it points to the right "home" name, but doesn't display address. It also says I need to factory reset to move the device. Am I right in assuming that because it was set once, even changing the address for that labeled home location isn't enough to change where the nest hub max thinks it is located?

Same happened to me. I changed the address in Maps, and anywhere I could find an address in my profile. Moved 15 months ago. Still getting weather and directions from our old address.

This is one of the most frustrating apps that I have ever used, and this is from Google? This is very disappointing.
