Unable to add new albums to google nest hub

I created new albums in Google Photos on my Macbook but when I go into the Google Nest app on my iphone to add these new albums to the photo frame, I am unable to edit the photo frame. Some have said hit the Edit Photo Frame icon, but this icon doesn't appear on my phone. How do I add newly created albums to the display on my nest hub?

I also faced the same issue when saving my client site images related to lawn weed control. But after many attempts, I succeed.
