Unable to load

I'm kind of new here
Just received a new set, up loaded the Home app, done the update and some setting like wifi connection

My mobile can communicate with the nest, but when I go to setting L get the following error msg

"Unable to load, there could be a connection issue, retry"

I'll be grateful if anyone can help me
