Is there any way to delete, uninstall useless apps? For instance, Pandora with no account attached to it. app or YouTube TV or the worst is Sling TV with 0 intention of ever using it? Also, is there a way to install any compatible apps? organize them or do anything with it.

Thanks for posting.

For us to assist you better, could you tell us what Google Nest device you are referring to? Where are these apps installed? Share more details, we'd love to help.

Best,

Hi ukyman,

We understand if you feel that way and we're sorry if it takes time for us to respond, but rest assured that we didn't forget you.

While you can play Pandora music and watch YouTube TV on your Google Nest Hub, you can't install apps on the display.

Let us know if we can help with anything else, we'd try our best to assist.

Regards,

Alex

Hello there,

We'd like to understand you better, where are these apps installed? If you're pertaining to the default apps that are installed on the displays, we don't have a way to uninstall or delete it.

Thanks,

Alex

Yes, I am pertaining to the apps that are pre-installed on Google Nest Hub (2nd generation). They are not default apps, the advertisement. By uninstalling them would not hinder the device from functioning properly. It only creates inconvenience for the consumers. Guess will be looking for the better device elsewhere on which I have more choices on the hardware that I just purchased.
