Using different Spotify accounts on different devices while preventing use of video

I'm contemplating buying Nest Hubs (2nd Gen) for my kids, to use basically as alarm clocks and for music through Spotify. I have two specific requirements, which I think are possible individually but I can't work out whether they are compatible. They are:

1. Allow the two hubs to play different music using different Spotify accounts.

2. Prevent any video on the hubs (no YouTube, Netflix, etc).

As to 1, I am aware of the helpful reply by @David_K on the thread entitled "Playing different songs on mini with Spotify family account" (which I assume applies equally to the Nest Hub) where he explains that "The only way to achieve this is for each of your family members to have their own Google account (one that is not a family link managed account), as well as their own Spotify account" (emphasis added). My kids do have their own Spotify accounts and their own Google accounts, but they are family link managed Google accounts. What is the consequence of trying to use a family link managed account? On their Android phones they are able to use their own Spotify accounts, despite being family link managed. Of course we could create dummy Google accounts just for the purpose of these hubs, so we could probably satisfy the requirements set out by David_K, but...

As to 2, I believe this would be possible if both hubs were registered to my account (which is the family link manager and the manager of Google Home devices in our home), because I could then use a filter to block all video on those devices, as described on the Nest help page entitled "Restrict content on your Google Nest speakers and displays". But if the hubs have to be registered to other Google accounts to satisfy point 1, how can I achieve point 2? Maybe if there's no other way, I could set up two dummy Google accounts, and set the filter within the Home controls for each of them?

Advice would be much appreciated, because the answer to this question will determine whether I buy these devices.
