I've had this device for the last 2 months. This week vertical lines on the left side of the screen started showing up. I did a factory reset and this didn't do anything. I've had the screen off completely and that's not helping. Is this a permanent issue?

Thanks for the reply. The lines started a week ago. I live in the United States and ordered this from the Google store online. I'm not seeing where I can upload a photo here. Where is that option? The firmware version is 1.56.295071.

There is no option for an attachment. The insert option only allows a link and that isn't working for me. Try this link. https://photos.app.goo.gl/woNMa8LKn6q5B8Xp6 or Screen
