Vesync App and Core 400 & 600 Levoit air purifiers

Does anyone know why my Google Home keeps saying “It looks like that device hasn’t been set up yet”, when both of my Levoit air purifiers were and are still set up. It was and has been working fine up until about 2 weeks ago. I can’t figure out what the problem is!

Thanks for posting. I understand that you are having some issues while you are trying to use your Levoit air purifiers on the Google Home app, and it is just giving you the “It looks like that device hasn’t been set up yet” error. Don't worry; help is here.

The recommendation would be to delete and re-add your devices to the Google Home app. Here's how:

  • Delete the Levoit devices from the Google Home app.
  • Set up your smart home devices by following the steps provided by the device maker (Levoit).
  • Connect smart home devices in the Google Home app:
  • Open the Google Home app.
  • Tap Devices > Add > Works with Google Home.
  • Select the device maker from the list.
  • To complete the setup, follow the in-app steps.


After that, check if the issue persists; the best option would be to contact your manufacturer.
