View the hour without WiFi connection

Is it possible to see the hour during the night when the WiFi connection is off?

Hi @Grouchox,

Yes — your Google/Nest display shows the time even without WiFi. The clock runs locally, so once the device is set up, it will keep displaying the hour. Without WiFi you just won’t get updates like weather, routines, or Assistant responses.

How can I display the time? When I disconnect the WiFi, the device enters initialization mode.

None of our Nest Hubs display the time without Wi-Fi; instead, the clock display is replaced with a "No internet connection" error message.  It's always been this way.
