My Google Nest Audio is not factory resetting. Notice: ribbon cord for the 4 lights near the top is ruined; yet it's still functioning; I also don't have internet; no access to my original account; the mic mute button doesn't work; and Google keeps rejecting my request for help. I don't know what to do someone please help!
