Voice Calls Only Work On Speaker Not Lenovo 8" Display

Google voice calls work fine on my 1st Gen Google Home Speaker.  However, when I try to use my Lenovo display it tells me to set it & sends me the link to settings.  I suspect that it has something to do with the display not being listed on the attached screen shot, but both the speaker & display are configured the same in other areas of Home app.  I have even done a factory reset on the display.  The display works fine with other functionality within my home environment.
