I have setup Google Nest in our home.
I have 2 private email accounts:
- My own account #, and
- my wife’s account #
I am the primary account on Google Home, and I have invited my wife to use it as well.
We both use the voice function and Google Nest understands us without any issue when we use it.
Recently, I have set up Google Keep as the app connected to the Google Home’s List function, and we have a problem which I hope you can fix:
- Using Google Home or Google Assistant, I have set up Voice Match:
- My voice on my # account, and
- My wife’s voice on her # account
- I can create a new list, and I can add content, when I request it verbally but
- My wife cannot, as Google Nest constantly requests her to “verify” her voice, etc …..
- Every time I reset/retrain her voice, Google Nest understands her when we test it afterwards but, as soon as I enter 1 item myself using my voice, it then denies her access, and we have to retrain her voice again ….
What should I do to fix it and to get the List function to work for her? It might cause a divorce if I can’t fix it!
