Waking me up with no alarms

My google mini and google nest both wake me up at 7 am every day even tho it says it’s got no alarms, where should I turn that off??

Thanks for reaching out, let me help you out.

Try using this command to cancel an existing alarm, " OK Google, cancel my alarm". Once done, check as well if you have an existing routine with an alarm. If issue persists, try resetting your Google Home and Google Nest devices to its default settings.
