I bought a Google Nest Audio and it no longer works -- I can't even factory reset it. It is still covered by the warranty but it seems impossible to contact Google to activate this. Does anyone know how to do so? The "contact us" link just goes in a loop and doesn't actually give any contact details for those in the UK. I obtained a telephone number from Argos for customer support for Google but noone answers -- 0800 026 1217. This strikes me as very poor customer service from Google. Can anyone help please?
