Can’t add items to shopping list!

I can’t add items to my shopping list. Google Hub can’t see the list but it’s on my phone google assist fine. Only a recent issue but was working fine beforehand.

Thanks for bringing this up.

A few things I'd like to ask -- are there other accounts linked to your Google Nest Hub? When you say the command to add an item, does it recognize or acknowledge your commands? Let's go ahead and check the items on this link to see if it is successfully added.

Lastly, could you please provide the exact command and its exact response so we can further check what's causing this to happen.
