What happens to radio stations after June 16th ?

Hi,

My custom Google Skill for my radio station will apparently no longer work after June 16th for myself and a number of radio stations that I'm aware of. I'm UK based so not on TuneIn. How will listeners to my station be able to hear my station after June 13th and what can I do to ensure that they can still hear it with whatever changes are happening ?
