When a speaker group has been chosen, playback is only done through 1 device. The playback is always done to the nest max, not to the other speakers in our house (harman kardon citation one) this has been the case for 1 or 2 weeks now, have performed many steps, it sometimes works after removing the nest hub max from the group and re-adding it again, reset the nest hub max to factory defaults, reset the HK citations to factory defaults, removed groups, re-added using a different name. Changed the WiFi router, changed the network entirely, switched ISP in the meantime, so a totally different router is currently being used. Old groups that have been removed for days are still being suggested by google home voice recognition. (not visible in the google home app) Groups are being duplicated (do you want to playback that on speaker group, speaker group or speaker group). 'an error has occurred please try again later'

It's a total, complete mess and it is limping to a degree where i start to get frustrated because of the total lack of support.

Have started several support sessions with google, harman kardon is contacted too, but everyone points towards eachother 'HK uses old firmware, they need to fix it' 'google changed the SDK and needs to fix it'

Feedback has been provided using the feedback option, but nobody fixes it.
