Where does the Google Nest save songs I like please? Can I make a playlist for free?

When I ask Google to save songs I like it says it’ll save them but to where? I would like to create playlists, but unless I subscribe to YouTube premium this doesn’t seem possible. Also, it states it’s sent information to my phone but I never receive anything.
